This same part serves both positions as Input Sensor & Output Sensor so there is no way to mix them up.
We have made this 2 piece kit for your convenience.
Additionally it is suggested to always replace as a set / pair , as the lifespan on them is closely related.

This speed sensor is a common failure around every 80-90,000 miles
A strong suggested replacement on every rebuild.
This is one of the easiest items to replace on any automatic transmission.
These insert into the case on the drivers side (See Photo # 2) , and normally is quite easy to access from under the vehicle.
Does not require removal of the transmission for replacement.
Often times this easy replacement can solve many problems related to gear ratio codes
if you check engine light is on , and having sensor related codes this may fix your unit.
As mentioned these are Oem - which means they are the same product you would purchase from your local dealer , but at half the price !
