As Far As We Can Tell only Late 2000 to 2002 - The 3 Speed Transmission Was Quite Rare In This Era Of Automatic Transmissions
These Insulators become very brittle and easy to break over time.
We frequently see them with a witness groove where the switch actuator pin makes contact with the nylon
This style is also known as the 90 degree style refering to the angle of the insulator.
This style fits push in neutral switch applications.

Installation Info:
When installing the Neutral Range Switch the Valve Body MUST be bolted in the transmission.
If you remove the valve body without removing the Neutral Range Switch you will damage the insulator and switch.
