This will only Fit 1998 And Up Models
This is a very common failure items in the transmission.
Most often the end of the direct side can blow off at the snap ring groove.
Other failures we have seen ; the center of the drum will actually crack away at the weld point.
This is from extremely high linpressure spikes.This drums can literally weld them selves together with the direct clutch hub shell also.
