This sun shell fits all A727 / TF8 automatic transmission applications
This sun shell is known to have a variety of issues.
The most common of which are the lugs of the shell.
The lugs will beat out over time, even on moderate milage units.
It is common to have small witness marks
however if your finger nail catches the mark then the shell will need replacing.
If you do not replace the shell than it will lead to a very harsh drive and reverse engagement.
