Easy Way to Tell is if your Shift Solenoids are mounted right next to each other then this kit is correct.
On the older A340 Series Models the Shift Solenoids were mounted about 4-5"'s apart.

If your transmission contains more than 3 total Solenoids This Kit Will Not Fit ( Typically 2005+ )

Contains

Two (2) Shift's & One (1) Lock-Up ) - as shown in photo

These mount onto the valve body , and are a later Updated Design

These will fit no problem with the original mounting bolts and wiring.

Regarding the TCC Solenoid

This Solenoid engages / activates the torque converter clutch fluid flow.
This allows the converter to lock up during cruising speeds.

This Filter Package Is Very Very Tough To Find Anywhere Within The Parts Market
