Reconditioned Used High Quality Component Kit With Common Failure Items

We have Created This Package To Offer Our Customers An Economical Solution To Repair Their Valve Body.

This kit contains all related parts and are common to need replaced and wear out or fail.

The Primary Failure Point is the 3-4 spring breaking , often into multiple pieces.
When this occurs the spring pieces can damage the housing and the piston itself.
When the bore of this set contains uneven wear patterns loss of pressure can result.
Additionally the soft aluminum piston can become severly eroded away on the legs of the piston.

Accumulator Housing
Return Spring - New , Heavy Duty .126"
3-4 Accumualtor Piston
Cover Plate with 5 mounting Torx Bolts
3 - Housing Mounting Bolts ( To Valve Body )
Sealing Rings For Piston - New
* These Seals Not Shown In Pics *

As we process and see so many of these, the cover plate is destroyed the majority of the time;
even when the spring is not broken inside the housing.
The plate is an end cover and therefore takes the mass of the return spring pressure absorbtion.
Our recovery on these plates is roughly 20% good for the unsed ones we inspect

Be Sure To Check & Inspect Yours While In There !
Also the five bolt plate can become grooved out and weakened over
time due to the stiff spring bottoming out.

All of these factors can lead to overdrive engagement issues or no overdrive shift at all.
