A518 / 46RE Governor Pressure Solenoid Service Kit
Fits all 46RE Truck Applications 2000 And Newer

This Package does not require valve body removal.
This is our custom designed package that includes all the possible items for this repair.

This is ideal to correct a no upshift problem, or what we call hunting for the shift.
This can be having to let off the gas to allow the upshift to occur.
It can also be the Rpms running very high and no upshift occurs.
All of these issues normally occur in 1st for 2nd, but may be present during other shifts.
Our packge will help fix these common problems nearly 99% of the time.
In severe model instances, or trucks with 150,000 or more miles we do suggest our larger kit see part # 22420BK.
On the higher mile trucks, we also strongly suggest one of our shift kits or shift correction kits.

Output Speed Sensor with O-Ring Installed - Oem Reference # 4800879

Governor Solenoid Housing Base Gasket To Housing

3-4 Accumulator Spring .126" , Upgrade

Neoprene Rubber Pan Gasket (not cheap cork)
Internal Filter, Metal / Plastic Combo

This kit does contain the 6 cylinder and the 8 cylinder model pan gaskets.
Just so you have an "RE" transmission, and you have a 1998/1999 year truck this kit will fit.

Just wanted to take a second to say thank you, my 2001 Dodge truck was having problems shifting. I ordered the Governor Solenoid Pressure Kit. The parts arrived within 3 days. Your You Tube video showing the procedure for replacing the parts was spot on. Now the truck is running like brand new and I saved at least $800 from repairs at a transmission shop.
