Details about retro fit uses:
This can be confusing for some , but very straight forward - If you have a 1994 up transmission this is a drop in and go.
If you are rebuilding an early model A-518 / A-618 / RH transmission then you will need our shaft part # 22674A or 22674A-U.
For Torque Flight Eight / A727 / TF8 Rebuilds you will need to located a 1994 up output shaft to use this planet.
Sometimes we have them in stock or can locate them , but at times this shaft can be difficult to locate.

This is the front most item contained in the geartrain assembly.
The geartrain is the combination of parts which transfer power and compensate the gear ratio.

If you are replacing your entire geartrain package , we have a wide range of options on these kits also.

Technical Tip:
During Assembly and Install the splines and pinion gears should have assemblee goo added to them.
This will help protect these areas until fluid can reach then during initial break in of the fresh rebuild.
When 6 pinion planets are installed in previous 3 or 4 pinion positions this can
actually help reduce drag and improve fuel milage as well.
Customers have stated overall they feel less drivetrain vibration also.
