Updates Every " RFE " Family Transmission On The Road 1999-2018

Quite an Easy replacement with the transmission in the vehicle.
This repair does require valve body removal.
This is the Updated Kit which includes the TRS cam plate , and
will change your black connector/plug solenoid to the white plug model.
The range switch is built into the bottom of these solenoid packs.

Replacement of this solenoid assembly typically cures nearly all electrical shift related problems.

This is suggested replacement on all rebuilds.

Critical Information:

This the the most up to date design available.
This Solenoid Block includes a new base gasket / solenoid screen.

Tech Tip:

Besure to unplug the main solenoid connector before dropping the valve body down.
This is retained by two flip latches, one outer edge and one inside edge.
Don't forget to plug this back in after the repair is complete.
The external connector repair kit is not yet available.
Solenoid is mounted on the Top side of the Valve Body Assembly.
These solenoids ALWAYS come charged with residual fluid left from the dyno testing process.
The manufacturer Always dyno tests these to make sure they work correctly before releasing to the distribution market.
