Dipstick Boot Seal

Often Called A Grommet / Boot / Seal

This Fits Nearly All Dodge / Jeep / Chrysler RFE Transmission Models

45RFE / 545RFE / 65RFE / 66RFE / 68RFE

Will Also Fit 42RLE

This Product Seals the Dipstick to the Transmission Case.
These Grommets commonly tear / rip over time and will need to be replaced.
This can easily be replaced from the outside of the transmission , but
will require removal of the dipstick tube itself.

Technical Tip:
We suggest lightly coating this inside and outside with ATF before installing.
This will help it ease into place , and allow the dipstick tube to slide in without
crreating any bind-up or damage to the boot during the process.
